Bank adds interest but do not initiate debit order

I increased my RCA with R20 000.00 on the 2nd of April 2015. Prior to that it was R30 000.00. Standard Bank adds the months interest but do not process a debit order. <br> This caused for my RCA to be R500 and odd over the amount that I app**** for!!<br> As far as I am concerned this is extremely ********* to prejudice a client like this. Would the Banking Ombudsman agree with this. How on earth can you have enough time to process the interest and not the stop order.
