Bank account without a bank card

After opening a bank account with a personal banker, it's been almost a month and I have not received my bank card yet, I mean how long does it take and how am I supposed to operate without a bank card I couldn't even set up my app on my phone because I have a missing bank card. Not to mention the cost of the account every month... But the service is so poor. I have sent an email with no reply. 😠Definitely going to change my account again.
