Bank account hacked, no feedback
My bank account was hacked on 17 December 2022, and my entire salary just gone, and I reported it on the same day. Writing a review here is my desperate attempt to get feedback from Standard Bank. After numerous requests for feedback, I am still waiting, one month later for someone at Standard Bank to contact me.

Is this the banks way of stalling on feedback or are you telling me that you are not going to return my money that was ******??? I requested that someone please contact me, but no another SMS that tells me nothing. I have beyond lost trust in Standard Bank.
