Bank account

I did open an bank account with standard bank with Lesotho passport, so I was having issue with the bank card, so I did contact the bank to close the card and I requested for a new card, so I went to the nearest branch at park station CBD and the consultant did add a comment to my passport, so I had to contact the gentleman that open the account for me and he said there’s nothing wrong with the passport and he doesn’t understand her reasons, so it’s a month and I haven’t heard positive respond from Standard Bank, I have spoke and met to two different managers for further explanations and they refused to help.
