Balance Dispute
I had a term loan with Standard bank that I have been paying R1, 409.12. This month was suppose to be my last month & as per their records the balance remaining was R1, 387.55 this morning Standard bank debited my account with R1, 488.55 which is more than the balance remaining. I just checked the balance remaining & reflects R98. Standard bank owes me R98 after they debited more than the balance remaining and they still allege I owe them R98. I am not happy with this I want my R98 back!!!
