Balance Dispute

I was approved a personal advance account in Sept 2012, to date I have not missed any payments and the last payment will be due in Oct 2022. I queried the balance on 26 July 2021 as it surely cannot be half of the original loan amount. The WC Prestige Direct representative referred my query, I was contacted again on 19 August 2021 to advise they are still busy trying to resolve it. On 5 November, I was told they are escalating my query..... I am still waiting on a team leader or manager to contact me and to give me an acceptable resolution. 9 years ago the loan amount was R180k, now the balance is R90k, the loan term is 10 years. Surely there must be an error if Standard Bank expects me to pay the R90k in 11 months!!
