Baddest Service: Mall of the North and Savannah Mall
Hello everyone: Bad service from Standard Bank Mall of the North, went there on the 21 January 2023 to collect my Cheque card of which I received an sms for collection the previous day..was in a queue for 3 and half hours just to collect..Every thing moving at a snail pace and everyone in there was complaining but nothing changed..and we only have 2 useless branches in Polokwane, Savannah Mall and Mall of the North to service the whole of Polokwane and surroundings..Savannah Mall is more worse. Contemplating on changing Banks now. Standard Banks in Polokwane are the worst. Morife just run
