Bad workmanship bad service

I had a claim with Standard bank insurance over a year ago .<br> The person they sent to do the repair work was totally unprofessional and delivered very bad workmanship .<br> After about the 7th or 8th time of getting the guy back to fix my leaking roof I eventually called Standard bank Insurance again and asked for someone new to come out .<br> They promised me that on the 19th of December they would send someone out quote on the repairs after there assessor told them the work man ship that was done is well below par .<br> we are now into feb and every time i call i get promised a call back , which needless to say never happens .<br> in the mean time my roof leaks every time it rains .... really great service !!<br>
