Bad unreliable service

<p>To whoever this reaches I would like to say that I am dissapointed with the service that Im getting from standard bank as I have a credit card with them and on the day I took the credit card out with them we agreed to have the instalment deducted from my account on the 25th of every month, so now not my problem but theirs they harass me with sms notifications saying I should keep my promise of paying and more saying I havent paid where yesterday I recieved a call from them wanting to know when I am making a payment and explained this case ti the guy calling that the debit should have gone off the day I got paid(the 25th) and he claims that they are haveing issues with regards to debits ONCE AGAIN THEIR PROBLEM and the guy says ok he will transfer the cash from my cheque account to make the payment and I agree to it, today nothing has still gone off and I am still being harassed by sms's and when trying to call in the call centre agent on the other side keeps on hanging up for who knows what reason, I hope they get their service up to scratch and attend to matters more professionally as this is my name and money they are *****ing with</p>
