Bad turn around time of logged complains

My Standard Bank complain was written from August after they refused to pay for my vehicle service by their service plan department and after they've promised to pay me my refund as they claimed that my service plan duration was over.

Funny how their contract shows that my contract ends in December this year but they refused to pay for my car service cost and they kept debiting my premium whiles my contract with them was over wow... Shocking proper ganda. I wrote to hellopeter and I've been called by Mfana Futhi who promised to come back to me as soon as the relevant department gives him a report back.

Imagine the matter is pending from Aungut, two reviews written and this annoying Bank promised to call me back with no luck. I'm so furious and discusted by this bank I want my refund back, and I'm not looking forward in supporting this bank in a future.

This bank has no value for their Clients they are plain useless and ***********!!!
