Bad treatment by Standardbank

<p>Standardbank promised me that once I have paid my areas in full, they will take the account out of their legal and I will pay it straight as I intial did. Amazingly they now have changed the tune and are telling me I can report the matter to ombudsman. Can this be because I move salary to a different bank? shame on them. Now they listed me negatively on transunion . I defaulted 4 times at an amount of R1500 per month I later made 5 payments of double the amount R3000 and they still tell me that my account is in arrears. Even though the amount is lesser than the intial lended amount. </p>
