Bad treatment and denying own customers products
Standard bank advised me for some debt relieve solution and how they can assist.. as an interested customer I do so and only to be told I can't qualify for the product because I don't have any loans with them so bas rally they can't pay my external debts when I don't have products with them..like I'm been been banking with thes people for more than 15 yrs and I need to have credit with then before I qualift for the debt consolidation loan? Wow I've never got any product with them in the past 15 yrs anyways they always not willing to help their own customers but other financial sector do..its amazing
