Bad services

Standard bank house insurance is nothing but a huge *******.Our house was blown by strong winds on the 24th Dec 2017.We called and lay a claim.My mother was told to try temporary fixing the house for R2000 which will be refunded to her.Now she owes the guy who fixed the house.I have called a million times without getting any help.Standard bank Ladysmith just gives my mom the phone to make a call instead of helping her out.Nobody speaks Zulu and they will call her back up to this day nothing.When it rains the damages is getting worse while she pays for Standard bank insurance .They told her to cancel the Santam insurance coz its unreliable and now none of all the Standard Bank insurance workers can help her.This is too much and a *******.
