Bad Service with Standard bank
I have my home loan and home insurance with Standard Bank. During the week of 23rd March 2015 I lodged a claim for a leak in my flat. A reference was given and a plumber was sent to investigate. The plumbers comment to me was \I have no idea where the water comes from". He said that he would send the report to the insurance and ask I asked him to CC me"
