BAD SERVICE UNPROFFESSIONAL STAFF

I am a customer of Standard Bank for years now, and all that I have received is pathetic service which forced me to close 4 accounts with them! I called and lodged a complaint and spoke to a consultant which is unprofessional, Ntombeningi Mbehle and also Mandisa, which she gave me a ***. To date I have not had any feedback or response from them yet. I called their complaints resolution center, said she is busy with another query and will call me back as soon as she is done which she never did. I called her back, day after that and left numerous voice messages for her to call me back but no response<br> I had a savings account that I had to close due to money going missing, I then had a pure save, which was useless, I was forced to take a 7 day account which I did, money that was transferred from pure save to 7 day account, was never transferred and the money was just missing, took weeks before they solved and closed those accounts, then I was just completely done with Standard Bank, I decided to take out a loan to close my Standard bank credit card, so I have no relation with them ever again!!!<br> I transferred all the money and was told the credit card is paid up and comple
