Bad service - unable to increase overdraft

I would like to increase my overdraft with as little as only R1000, the lady who assisted me over the phone, told me she will not be able to assist me because I'm working for a political party, I must go inside the bank. Since when? I don't have time to go inside, I'm working at this party for many years, and have increased or decreased my overdraft over the phone, since I can remember - due to I'm unable to do it myself online for some reason no one can explain..... Since when is working for a political party an restriction when doing business online or over the phone. When I asked her, she told me policies changed.
