Bad Service Standard Bank Thaba-Nchu

I was told on Saturday by a person who was on duty, she advises that I only need my ID and business proof address. I was attempting to open a business account with Standard bank Thaba-Nchu Branch from the Free state, the reception or the information officer who was on duty on the 20-08-2024 (Tuesday) told me I will need a residential proof of address as well, and they can't assist me in Thaba-Nchu branch, then I will have to travel 60KM to Bloemfontein branch, as a business owner who's time is money, to travel to get helped at another branch 60Km away. The rudeness, non-polite unprofessional, as if we are at a Tavern embarrassing, am never going back there.

I will advise people to stop using standard bank Thaba Nchu branch, since you clearly don't need the money. I have opened a business account with another bank. Never going back there again no service no respect to clients.
