Bad service - standard Bank insurance

I called the standard bank insurance for my stove to be looked at. It was shocking us. T called and they send an electrician on Wednesday. EA trading. I was shocked to see the same electrician they sent before who mixed the wires of my stove . I said to him it’s you again. He said he was going to fix the stove. He said the stove needed to be earthed so he said it was fine and he did that. 10 minutes after he left I put on the stove , waited for this one plate to be in medium heat.... next thing I smelled something , a plate at the back was the one that was hot and burning, not the one I switched on. Can you believe that. When I reported the incident , they still wanted to send the same guy- who is an owner of EA trading. I asked them to send any good electrician but not that guy. Up to today they give me a run around . I call , waste my time and mobey as they transfer my call from pillar to post. No help at all. I can’t use my stove for a week now in this lockdown and I have a family to feed. Service is so bad I actually want to find another insurance .
