Bad service Standard Bank home affairs unit
The Standard Bank at Jubilee mall where they assist with ID cards the service is very bad. I accompanied my aunt today and it’s very bad.The staff members are all very rude even to the elderly and are complaining about the kitchen being small. I have been with Standard Bank for years but this is shocking and very bad. If this is how your staff members behave this section should remain at home affairs.
