Bad service Standard Bank Clearwater Mall

I went to Standard Bank Clearwater yesterday at about 11h00. After having been to 5 other banks in the mall, Standard Bank was the worst. First of all nobody asks you why you there or how they can help you, like the other banks did. So you stand in the que outside. When it's your turn, the security guard outside calls you to enter. He doesn't say where you should go. After I asked him, he showed me to the desk. I stood there waiting for the person in front of me to finish up. When she left, I went forward. The lady behind the counter called for people sitting in chairs. She doesnt aknowledge me standing in front of her. I told her why I'm there, she said I must get in the que. She immediately went off about how can I get helped if I have just walked in. I said someone should have shown me where to go. Even told her Standard Bank has the worst service. So I went to stand in the que. About 5 minutes later another Standard Bank employee came to me and told me she heard everything and I should move to another que, which I did. Thank goodness I'm not banking with Standard Bank.
