Bad service Standard bank

I bought item's at Spar roodeplaat using standard bank card, I swipe the card, first transaction didn't go through and I received slip that transaction was reversed, went to the second speed point transaction went through, but later I check the statement and I find out that transaction went through, reported to Spar, and they referred me to standard bank, they locked the complaint and the promise me to solve it before 19 May, but till today nothing done, Am going to close my account with them, I spoke to other guy today over the phone he left me hanging for 40 mins and dropped the call later....
