! Bad service staff
The Standard Bank at 51 Voortrekker Road, Mafikeng mall is so slow and very causal. The staff members walk out to buy food in working hours. No respect for customers.

It wouldn't have been appreciated if they tell us they going for lunch or something so we those that want to leave can leave, instead one of two staff members that left came back only to assist one person and continued staying in her cubicle without calling anyone. The only standard bank I trust with best customer treatment is at the mega city branch at this point.
