Bad Service received and disrespect.

Yesterday I went to Malvern Branch as it was the closest to me. So that I can get assistance from them with a particular form I had to sign from Protea Gardens branch. I had app**** for a credit card at Protea Gardens,all went well until they called me to say that I need to sign some other form for my credit card to be released. When I got to Malvern Branch I asked them to assist me with calling Protea Gardens and providing them with their email address so that they can send the document to them. Noxolo assisted me and spoke to the consultant at Protea Gardens. Documents were sent and I signed. I then got a call from Protea gardens to say they did not receive my documents. I need the money hence I app**** for the credit facility. I am really disappointed by the service I received from Noxolo,she was very rude and even said to me that she needs to leave,her transport will leave her behind. I need an explanation as to why my documents were not sent back to Protea gardens.
