Bad service nxa

Wrote a complained about a claim that i did on my loan insurance standard bank had the nerve to reply on hellopeter but never got back to me , i took my last airtime to call the as usual no body knows why my claim was not done was told they will escalate till today nothing no feedback .to start the story again made a claim last year december for the insurance that i have on my loan to assist me as i was retrenched due to covid everything was submitted but nothing has been done till today im mote than ****ed as this is a ****ed up service from standard bank i hate it
