Bad service Northgate Branch

I have never received a pathetic service like I did today at Northgate Branch, I stood in a queue for an hour not be assisted , I went there to increase my limit and they told me that they can’t help without me having any funds in the account , what kind of bull**** is that, I told them that I made payment for my deposit for a home loan and I don’t want to transfer more money there cause what if I’m unable to pay and it’s funds were due today, the lady said I must go speak to the branch manager I explained to him that I still need to make payment again for transfer fees so does it mean that every time I want to make a payment I need to come to the branch for help , he’s answer was yes and I asked him if that makes sense and he said to him It does, I don’t know what training your guys go to but I always receive the best service when I’m at the Sandton city branch.. Northgate branch gives the most horrible service
