Bad service, keep passing the bucket.

I’ve made few loan applications on your website, but I’ve never got calls feom your people despite being told that I’ve been approved. The day before yesterday I did another application then finally Mduduzi Ndlovu called and everything went well and also advised that once I provide the required documents then I’ll get the funds transferred into my account but I waited the whole day then decided to call but was advised to call after 24hrs. When I called today I was told that I’ll have to wait at least 5 days, I personally believe someone is taking me for a ride and this is totally unacceptable that always I get told a different story while all that I wanted was a credit that’s all.
