Bad service Insurance on Standard Bank account

Good day , I am disappointed in such a big bank , that cannot assist when a person becomes unemployed. How is it that if you are dismissed from you job not due to ***** but due to bullying does this not make your dismissal an unforeseen circumstance. I dnt think anyone ever wants to lose their jobs. I have being paying for insurance on my standard bank accounts for many years ,but when I was dismissed I was declined as according to the consultant it does not cover dismissal? How ironic....Now you can't get employed cause you been dismissed from your previous job and you need to find money to pay for your accounts , I even got told by one of the consultants can't a family member help or can't when you get UIF pay the account.Now if you ever been unemployed you would know how long it takes for UIF to pay plus you would know that you dnt get the same as your salary. What happens to the money you have been paying for credit life(insurance cover) on your loans,credit cards,overdraft- all theses years ? Does Standard Bank just pokect this money like ******* .... I am hopeful I can get some assistance from someone from standard bank in this matter . D Wood
