BAD SERVICE IN THE BRANCH

I honestly feel that standard bank in Seshego Circle Centre branch doesnt take customers serious I deposit money every month in their bank and everytime i get there , first thing there is no floor walker and there are 2 teller spot were its always vacant and next to those teller spot there is another one written bulk teller and always you find one person working there and i take about an hour to be assisted and im wondering how can the entire branch have only 2 people working , its one person in enquiry and one under bulk teller and we just assume ull be helped because there is no on the floor to tell you whether ur on the right que or not so i am about to cancel tell my employees to stop using standard bank because the bank is so unprofessional and you even find old people sitting down on the floor inside the bank as they have been waiting for too long without service
