Bad service. I've promised lies for more than 4 months now

<p>I had a credit card that was later handed to DMC ATT. When I started paying that account I was diligent and paid every month. Finished paying in December last year but I have been giving run around by the bank. The bank is supposed to tranfer money I paid to DMC so i can clear my name. I've been communicating with them since Janua and they have been promising to get back to me. Went to Hatfield bank, I never got help. I was made to call their legal department and they promised me an sms woth ref number and turnaroung time was no later than Tuesday(i was at the branch friday). Then next Thursday I called the bank and I was told turn around time would be the 6th of April. On the 12th of April I sent them an message on facebook (I saw thry respond with 24hrs) told my story. I got peomises after promises, even last week I was promised a call before end of bussiness and still no one did.</p> <p> </p> <p>I made my request urgent because I'm might loss my job if they check and find that Im still listed. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please attend my request. I need help.</p>
