Bad Service from Standard Bank Trust

I'm writing this message with a heavy heart. Standard Bank Trust is the worst department ever. They showed me that I shouldn't expect them to empathize with me during this difficult time. They make it clear that myself and my kids are the least of their problems. It's been 8 months now since my husband passed away his Estate is still not been attended too let alone to give me an update as a wife. Today I'm receiving letters of demands and yet my husband's money is been blocked. Today I'm struggling to pay for my daughter's school fees because Standard Bank Trust doesn't care. Today unable to pay rent because of Standard Bank Trust. Why Standard Bank Trust is treating us like this? I send follow up emails they get ignored.
