BAD service from Standard Bank personal Loans

Good day 2 months ago i app**** for a personal loan from Standard Bank Website i was awarded sometime, the loan application was to buy a Stand which the owner sold for 380K the deal didn't go though as planned and after 21 days i returned the funds in their account and paid what was said to be interest on this. immediately after the account was 00000. in that same day i received another amount of R 2050 which they said i awe. called the call center and i was told that i need to pay this as more interest. I then requested to have this reversed then the agent told me that after i pay i was supposed to call then to close the account which i feel is a trick to get People to pay more since I never received a call from anyone at STD bank to inform or even find out what the status of this application was. I have visited the branch in Sunny park received assistance over and existing ref *** with a turnaround time of 2019-11-13 since then I have spoken to a consultant with no luck going forward just getting letters threatening that i will be listed and will not be given credit in future. please can you assist with this.
