BAD SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK CREDIT CARD

I made a shopping online last year November 2021,no delivery from Manicaa.com, notified the bank about money debited without service.I filed a dispute in January 2022,follow up on 07/02/2022 ***.On 21/04/2022 i called and i was informed that my matter was escalated and i will be called back yesterday.Today at 13:05 i called from the branch,agent responded asked my ID number then put on hold for 35 min without assistance.Very annoyed by bad service.
