Bad service from standard bank

Two of my accounts with them were handed over. 1 account they stopped credit life on my home loan and they never told me who did it but I had to carry the bag for the amount owing when I had a stop order for the house... the 2nd account I closed my loan account and settled it but they kept charging interest on a closed account.. 4 years later they ruined my credit score and now unable to buy a home... their debt collectors give you terms when you follow through they come up with hidden issues which makes it impossible to clear your records... hard working people taken advantage of by big corporations
