Bad service from standard bank

I'm having the worst experience with standard bank regarding my dad's estate. I inherited a vehicle from when he passed in 2015 and standard bank was nominated as the executor . I was sent from pillar to post regarding the registration only to be sent back by the traffic department because of incorrect paperwork. My last attempt was in 2019. I felt so disappointed that I just left the situation alone. The problem now is that I recently bought another car and during the registration process the inherited vehicle mysteriously showed up on my profile with a pending status and a arrears of 4k. What's strange is the fact that I renewed my other cars license last year and the vehicle wasn't on my profile. I further discovered that it was back dated to 2017. Now in order for me to correct this matter I have to pay 4k so that I can renew my other vehicles licenses. Realy poor service from such a big institute. Dont ever use them to handle your estate
