Bad service from Standard bank

They don’t even deserve this one Star. Utterly *********** and useless. I have spent the entire day speaking to 5 different people who fail to assist me and release finds which I transferred. I have been using the same institution for the past 10yrs which is a bank to bank money transfer and I have never had any issues. I transferred my money on the 27th and my funds haven’t been released they keep telling me that I need to give them some number which I’ve never heard of. Standardbank Service has become S&@&T with no sense of urgency for us that do not live in SA but still choose to bank with them. They are quick to take their ****** bank charges when it suits them but when u have to have your hardworking cash released into your own account there’s suddenly a plethora of processes and steps. I man Utterly disgusted and disappointed at the service I have Recieved or RATHER NOT RECEIVED today. And now I’m inconvenienced immensely as I have Debit orders that need to go through on the 1st....
