Bad service from standard

Had a personal loan with standard bank have settled the account but they debited my account so now they must refund me its a problem they are sending me from pillar to post. They told me to go to the branch will receive my money within a day but till today havent received it when I call they just keep on placing me on hold pretending as if they are assisting then they transfer a call to other department and its so annoying because this is my money not owing them.
