Bad service form Nakes insurance

I wrote a review about Naked insurance that their service is not good it's difficult to get hold of them. On the 17 I logged a review about them because I wanted to cancel my cover with them to this day they still debit my account I was called by one of their people and I told him I want the cover cancelled to my surprise they debited my account this morning I want them off my account I cannot do business with them.
