Bad service

I'm utterly disappointed at the level of service provided. I have been here for over 2 hours for just a card collection and mind you I'm heavily pregnant which they over looked. When I asked if they can send my card to another branch they gave me some sob story about calling the card division to cancel and re-order. The seats are extremely low for my condition and I couldn't sit any longer. I been their client for over 10years yet they don't value it. It's time to try other institutions.
