Bad service

I have never experienced such terrible service from a bank in my life, Firstly the guy that you first speak to be when you go inside the bank that takes down your detials its like he doesnt even want to assist period his dull like he came to work for the sake of coming no customer service what so ever, secondly i was with my little sister shes deaf after waiting in the bank for almost an hour i go to the same guy i politely ask can you please let my sister in the problem is that she is deaf and im not comfortable since i have been inside here for a while he responds with an attitude unfortunately due to covid 19 only one person is allowed inside i mean really i just ended up leaving without being assisted and when i left i said please remove my name on the list he didn't even answer me stinking attitude i must say.
