Bad Service experienced
On 03 October 2021 , sent a colleague of mine to make a deposit, the deposit was coins it was about 15h00, the coins were sorted but to my surprise the staff at Kirkwood Branch they are not taking coins at that time , I am not sure whether there are times for customers who are depositing coins, if there are , I never got an advice to that extent , are we being served based on what we are offering ,or we are offered services as customers
