BAD SERVICE

You know i have a big problem with standardbank . I reassonly contact them to send me forms for a consolidation loan. After they was mailed by me several times but no feedback from them up untill now. I ask for a 3 month holliday on my loan . wich i did not get because they say i dont qualify. So they recomended a consolidation loan wich i said i did not want by that time. I send numorous mail to be contacted by them but they just not care about your middle man. I am now a month behind on my loan so they send the law after me demanding there money. Is anyone off your people that owe you money allso treated like that . Really bad service by the depth department.
