Bad service De Aar branch

Standard bank De Aar is the worst branch in South Africa they have no people skills no customer experience or interest.

I am not greated on arrival no sytem in place to direct clients to departments. Lines up in one line and don't matter what your banking needs are.

This is unacceptable. I contacted the complaints sentre to lay complaint the person dropped my call after she said she will escalate to branch manager.

It is now 30min later and still awaiting assistance from the bank.

Really bad service.
