Bad service cant get no help

The Standard Bank branch in Eldorado park is useless , for the past two weeks have been everyday into this branch just to get a new card and everyday they have been offline , next day they are waiting for a technician , and their other excuse is that they upgrading their systems , I been experiencing a run around can get any help this is not the first incident , they not friendly at all .on the standard bank down detector it says that all their branches are online
