bad service

i was placed under debt review by debtrescure which i didn't sign anything to agree and then i reported them thats when they removed my name from them.but ever since i have been emailing stardard bank to remove my debt review status since i can not. even use my revolving credit load. even. on my app is shows 0.00 and i am unable to view the details
