Bad Service by standard Bank

<p>Pathetic service by Standard Bank Trade Route mall no one answers the phone been holding for over 45 minutes for the past 3 days been trying to get hold of the branch as im unable to go to the branch due to being at work. You will listen to the music and voice prompts forever. Fnb has the quickest response to its customers because they know good custemer service and understand how it is to be frustrated. Standard bank is useless!</p>
