Bad Service By Ms Charmaine Ngwenya
Dear Standard Bank,
Charmaine Ngwenya from (***) was so rude and so impatient. She made me feel I'm nothing if this is how Standard Bank treat customers. I'm so afraid. I suggest you train Ms Ngwenya on customer services as she dropped a call on me.
