Bad Service
I am very disgusted with the service that I am receiving from Standard Bank. I have requested a settlement quote for my loans and seems like everybody is just fooling around with me. I sent several e-mail, sent a message from Facebook, made several calls and up to today I have received anything. Everybody tells me to look out for the e-mail after 5 minutes and nothing comes up.
