Bad Service - Bad Service STD Bank of South Africa

I called Standard bank, home loans on the 17th March 2022 to ask and apply for a fix interest rate. Reference number ***. I called back since then every two weeks to try get my feedback and still nothing and no help with the fix interest rate on my home loan account. I am always told that there is quite a huge back log at the home loans department and that someone will defiantly call with 7 working days and then nothing happens and no call comes through. I called vehicle and assets to get the registration papers for a car. That was within the 7 days as they promised, however the home loans department is something else. And it has been more than a month now since I wanted to apply for fix interest rate and I am not getting any help. If there is someone who still cares at standard bank home loans, please respond to my query.
