Bad service

I would like to express my utmost dissapointment in the customer service I received last week. Long story short, my card was swallowed during a transaction due to loadshedding, I called to block my card & a new card was orderded, I specifically asked Stuart to have the card delivered to Claremont Cavendish branch, to my surprise I received an sms saying I should colect at vangate branch... I called to explain that I spend 9 hours of my day in Claremont and it was easier for me getting to Cavendish than to Vangate... You guys should not even receive a 1 star...
