Bad service at Standard Bank Evaton Mall

I visited Standard Bank Evaton Mall yesterday to request an additional savings to my current account, I explained to the lady by the name of Sandiswa that I am going out of the province and so I needed to leave the card for my Mom who just lost her only son on her birthday which was the 24th of October and we burried him on the 31st October. I can't go back to work and leave my mom without anything. I was told that they need my divorce decree because I am divorced but have not changed by surname yet. The lady called her manager who advised me and my mom that he won't accept the divorce decree on my phone. I made peace with that, so while I sat with them I explained that I needed to transfer funds from my account to my uncle's Standard Bank account. I don't have an app but because we had spoken of a lot of things I ended up going out without making the transfer... 2steps away from the Door, I remembered we forgot to make the transfer, I knocked on the door and the Manager told me that he is NOT going to open the door for me as I was already outside. But my concern is, I was inside the branch, they heard that I needed to transfer funds but they still failed to empathise with me and my Mom. I felt like crying right there, how did you guys train your staff Standard Bank, especially the Evaton staff. Is that how you taught them to treat us your customers? I had just burried my Baby brother, I was desperate. Didn't want to leave my grieving mother without any funds or money in the house. I am so disappointed, the attitude that lady gave me, oh you should have heard the arrogance from your Manager. Wow guys, Wow ☹️
